Smugglers Presents: The Cakewalk Cafe - Albert Ball's Flying Aces
Friday 15th October, 7.30pm
An evening with the Smugglers and their special guests The Cakewalk Cafe, Albert Ball's Flying Aces (WW1 pop songs and early jazz played by an aviators’ orchestra).

To relieve the stress and horror of their daily aerial dog-fights high above the trenches, they would gather in the evenings to play early jazz and then-current pop songs, naming themselves after a famous airman of the time.
